Refund Policy

The Whipped Bakery does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any goods sold unless the reason for return, exchange, or refund is due to the product being defective or packaging of the goods caused the damages claimed. Shipments which are received later than the shipping companies original estimate are out of our control and thus does not constitute grounds for return or credit. If the product is defective or poor packaging led to damage, it may only be returned within 24 hours of the Proof of Delivery from our shipping partner. To initiate a return please submit a request to our customer service department at info@thewhippedbakery.com or via our contact form on this website. Once approved, a return authorization form will be sent to the email provided and must be included with the returned product. No partially eaten or other foreign material may be included with the return.

Upon receipt all returns will be inspected to ensure the product meets our return requirements. The Whipped Bakery reserves the right to deny any refund that does not meet the aforementioned return requirements. Refunds are only processed once we have had an opportunity to inspect the returned product. Returns should be mailed to: 8920 W Britton Rd, Laingsburg, MI 48848. The purchaser will be responsible for any shipping costs for any and all returns. Any order which was shipped as "Free Shipping" and approved for refund will have the refund processed for the total cost less the actual shipping cost.

The Whipped Bakery is not responsible for damages or delays caused by our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, inaccurate shipping or address information collected by the customer, or mistakes on the part of our shipping partners' employees. As such, we are not able to offer refunds for those reasons. All items are shipped with insurance. As the purchaser you may file a claim with our shipping partner against the provided insurance. If additional information is needed to process your claim The Whipped Bakery will be happy to provide the information necessary to file your claim.
